We cherish every opportunity to see Mark Ryden’s work, and when we heard that his new painting entitled “Awakening The Moon” was to be shown at Paul Kasmin’s booth at the Frieze Art Fair, we had to put this on our tick-list. Kasmin brought us a treat at Basel in Miami last year with the wonderful “Incarnation” and this new piece didn’t disappoint either.
