If you missed out on the original release of James Jean’s (interviewed) Washizu figure last year, here’s your chance at the second iteration. The Bone White Colorway of the piece created for Staple’s 20th anniversary (produced by Jasper Wong and Mighty Jaxx) will be available starting 12 May 2018, 10am EDT in a 24-hour timed release ($369) with the edition size determined by the number of orders. Standing at 9.8” X 12” X 13, the figure was inspired by a character from Akira Kurosawa’s 1957 masterpiece – Throne of Blood. Head over here at the appropriate time to add this to your collection if you are so inclined.
