AM checked out Baltimore street artist Chris Stain’s solo exhibition, “Up On The Roof Countin’ Pigeons,” (previewed) at the Carmichael Gallery. Stain absolutely knocked one out of the park with his transformation of the front gallery space into a New York City rooftop scene, which featured an amazing gargantuan-sized mural on one of the gallery’s walls. Ilia, half of the Barcelona street-art duo Btoy, will be participating in the group show “Lifeline” which opens concurrently with Chris Stain’s solo show (previewed) at the Carmichael Gallery on Thursday, February 5th @ 7pm. The gallery was kind enough to send us a few preview images that highlight Ilia’s signature style featuring delicate lines and a muted palette.
