After short speeches by festival organizers and benefactors, as well as the town’s mayor, the 2015 NuArt exhibition officially opened Saturday night at Tou Scene in Stavanger, Norway. In what was without a doubt one of the most unique works of “street art” AM has ever experienced, Dutch conceptual public artist Harmen de Hoop contributed to the NuArt Festival a performance piece, entitled Permanent Education.
