Grateful Palate’s James Jean Wine

When AM visited James Jeanâ€™s “Kindling” show at Jonathan Levine (here), the gallery served up some delicious wine with some of JJ’s artwork on it. Turns out that James designed three series of wine labels for California-based Grateful Palate. There are three different types of wine in the line: “Southern Belle” Shiraz, “Diddley Boo” Riesling, and “Poor Thing” Grenache. Each bottle has one of three different artwork on the label. AM is crazy about art, but we also appreciate many of the other finer things in life. However, sometimes our art obsession leaves little time to think about anything else.
