Openings: Nychos – “Translucent Fear” @ Kolly Gallery

A couple weeks ago, Translucent Fear, a new solo show from Nychos, opened at the Kolly Gallery in Zurich. The title of the exhibition references a new technique the Austrian artist has developed to continue his anatomical renderings by adding a layer of translucent skin to his subjects. Applied to both portraits as well as fierce creatures in combat, the x-ray vision of prolific street artist was in full effect in this new body of work. Discuss Nychos here.

Coming up on the 25th of this month, Scott Campbell will be opening his first European solo show at Galerie Gmurzynska’s Zurich location.
