Italian street artist Ericailcane starts off the New Year with his first Los Angeles solo exhibition, “Man Is The Bastard,” opening 7pm tonight at the Carmichael Gallery.
The exhibition features intricate drawings and etchings portraying domestic animals in an alternative universe where they take revenge against mankind. Evoking a feeling of senselessness and absurdity, the witty and macabre images carry with them strong statements about the human condition.
