Portuguese artist, Pedro Matos aka DRONE, will be opening a new exhibition in June at the Montana Shop & Gallery in Lisbon. Mixing his figurative painting skills with urban sensibility, the young and self-trained artist works on capturing the “fading” and slowly “disappearing” under-privileged in our society, often placing his gritty work on the streets. Expect some paintings like the one above as well as some site-specific installs for this upcoming show.
