Directly following the opening of his installation at NYC’s Standard Hotel, Australian artist Anthony Lister (interviewed) hauled across the pond to visit London for a few days.
AM contributor Patrick Nguyen caught up with him on Friday for a chat and to take some photographs as Lister spray painted two shutters and the adjoining pillar at Pictures On Walls on Commercial Street. Does this mean a POW / Lister edition is on the cards? We’ll have to wait and see…
Painting began shortly after 4:30 p.m. and was complete in little more than an hour. Check out the images of the work in progress along with the completed piece after the jump.
