Last weekend, Camilla d’Errico (above) and Brandi Milne showcased new bodies of work at Brooklyn’s Cotton Candy Machine. Entitled The Candy Escape, this exhibition from both artists delighted New Yorkers and Comicon–goers alike. Camilla, who is back from a one year hiatus from fine art, took her unique mix of manga and illustrative techniques to a sold out return. While fresh off Baby Tattooville, the Los Angeles-based Milne displayed her somber and surreal paintings for Williamsburg art lovers to enjoy.
