Aakash Nihalani recently sent over some photos of some tape installations he created for the exterior walls of the new Parrish Art Museum which just relocated to Watermill in a new Herzog & de Meuron building. Utilizing his outdoor medium of choice, the New York-based artist once again showed a deft touch in bridging the two and three-dimensional realms with these whimsical new pieces. Stop by his current show in Southhampton at the Tripoli Gallery if you have an interest in his geometrical aesthetic.
