Showing through this weekend at the Thinkspace Gallery in Culver City is VERSO, a new solo show from Joao Ruas. The Brazilian artist presented a diverse set of works including his largest work to date (seen above), a wall mural & installation, etchings, polaroids, backlit pieces, and more utilizing mediums such as acrylic, watercolor, pen, pencil, and gouache. Head over for a look this week if you have time as the exhibition features some of Ruas’ most powerful and haunting imagery to date.
