Spanish artist Borondo recently moved to London and has been very active on the streets of the British capital. Known for his raw, expressive style of painting, which often is done by scratching the paint off glass or other surfaces, he’s been creating works on shop windows, under bridges and such unusual places. Recently, he created this multi portrait piece called Nemesis, showing the face of a man putting on face paint and blending with the background, or disappearing as he’s progressing. His work, based on classic painting techniques, is perfect for the concept of this piece so the resulting mural feels very strong and complete. His imagery usually includes portraits and characters that appear unfinished, half sketched which gives his work a deeper, more uncertain feel. Enjoy more photos below…
