A new piece from Banksy has recently popped up on the southeast coast of England as the town of Folkestone prepared for the Folkestone Triennial. Taking place every three years, the public art project was gifted this new piece from the elusive street artist entitled Art Buff featuring an elderly lady admiring a buffed area of graffiti as if it was art on a pedestal. Head to Payers Park in the towne center to take a look for yourself if you are in the area.
