As a followup to his stained glass watchtower in 2012 (covered), Tom Fruin created a new installation last month at the Brooklyn Bridge Park for the Dumbo Arts Festival. Entitled Kolonihavehus, the house created from plexiglass was a hit with visitors during the day and at night, although it was particularly stunning lit up once the sun went down. Temporarily inhabited by duo CoreAct, attendees of the event were able to see the art structure enhanced by a collaborative physical performance.
