As we mentioned a couple months ago, Takashi Murakami will be unveiling his first solo exhibition in Japan in over 14 years on October 31st. Friend and collaborator Pharrell Williams recently paid a visit to the Japanese artist in his studio as he was prepping for the show at the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo entitled The 500 Arhats. As you will see in the footage below, the highlight of the show will definitely be the massive 100 meter long painting.
