Luke Chueh (interviewed) has recently started a Kickstarter with Munky King to create one minute shorts of some of his most iconic paintings. With the expertise of Tiny Giants, the Los Angeles-based artist’s world will expand as stories can be told centered around how his characters ended up in the situations they did (see an example below of his Target painting). Entitled Grief Encounters, the animated series can be supported by going to kickstarter here, with many goodies from Chueh going to those who invest in the different tiers including exclusive versions of his art toys, a new yet to be produced figure, prints, drawings, and even a possible commission painting.
