Coming up on April 28th, Galerie Perrotin’s New York location will be hosting the opening of HEADS↔HEADS, the latest solo from Takashi Murakami. Spanning three floors of the space, the exhibition from the Japanese artist will include a new series of paintings inspired by the work of Francis Bacon as well as Transcendent Attacking a Whirlwind, a 33 feet long piece adorned with gold and platinum leaf that is a homage to Japanese artist Soga Shohaku.
