Tim Biskup recently painted over the constantly changing art installation, The Box, in the lobby of The Standard, Hollywood. The glass encased chamber behind the front desk has hosted the work of many artists over the years and usually includes an attractive female inside as part of the installation which certainly fits in a city obsessed with voyeurism and exhibitionism. Take a look at the footage above as Tim turns the box into a giant monster mouth as he explains his views on the attractiveness of lingerie, why it exists, and perhaps gives a clue to the segmentation we have seen in his more recent work.
