The Hole Gallery continues to push the edge as their latest collaborative project between E.V. Day and Kembra Pfahler opened up this past Friday to a packed house. The title GIVERNY references impressionist legend Claude Monet’s estate located in Giverny, where E.V. Day stayed during her Munn Artist Residency. Inspired by the lily padded ponds located on the estate, E.V. invited Pfahler to the actual garden to shoot the photos in this exhibition. And, through Playboy’s sponsorship, the gallery was transformed into a living breathing garden with wall to wall lilies, willows, and bamboo.
