After Passing Through Hong Kong in 2010 with the debut of his now famous massive sitting companion which has now also travelled to New York, and Connecticut, KAWS will be giving his fans in Asia what they have been jonesing for – a solo show. Scheduled to open on May 15th at Galerie Perrotin, The Nature of Need will feature more of the New York based artist and designer’s colorful geometric abstractions.
