On April 25th, the Joshua Liner Gallery will be presenting Season 1 Episode 0, an exhibition of new paintings by British artist Ian Francis (featured). This second solo show with the New York showspace (and first major showing since last year at Lazarides) will feature his mix of abstraction and figurative elements with imagery inspired by the reality and unreality of contemporary TV. Attendees can expect to see a dozen medium- to large-scale works on canvas (like the one above) and ten smaller works on acrylic.
