It’s almost time for an event we look forward to every year – POW! WOW! Hawaii. The street art festival has had many satellite events in different parts of the world, but the one put on in their home base of Oahu is of course always the best. This year’s lineup features a strong list of visiting artists including 1010, Andrew Hem, Audrey Kawasaki, Bicicleta Sem Freio, Borondo, Christina Angelina, Curiot, Defer, Edwin Ushiro, Haroshi, Hauser, Hebru Brantley, Hitotzuki, Hueman, Hula, James Jirat Patradoon, Kevin Lyons, Kristin Farr, Lauren YS, Mouf, Pantone, Ricky Lee Gordon (Freddy Sam), Risk, Seher, Sket, Slick, Slinkachu, Tatiana Suarez, Tristan Eaton, Usugrow, and Woes Martin as well as many local artists (see roster here).
Along with the mural painting, there are also many associated event such as the 1xRUN print exhibition, opening block party, the Thinkspace curated museum show, Estevan Oriol photo exhibition, finale concert, and more. Check out the entire schedule here.
