We now arrive to the concluding post for Art Los Angeles Contemporary. Fear not, dedicated AM reader, there is still a lot of great art to be seen here, including works by Mike Kelley (above), Sterling Ruby, Liz Craft, and Jim Shaw, and galleries such as Honor Fraser, Steve Turner Contemporary, Marc Foxx, and Patrick Painter.
According to the Art Los Angeles Contemporary Post-Fair Press Release, the inaugural event attracted 9,000 collectors, curators, artists and contemporary art lovers from around the globe. Notable attendees include Takashi Murakami, Neil Patrick Harris, Anthony Kiedis, Ann Philbin, director of the Hammer Museum, and Chris Parnell. We had a wonderful time and look forward to an even better Art Los Angeles Contemporary for 2011!
