When AM visited David Choe’s (featured) secret lair several months ago, we not only got an advance peek at his recently released monograph, but we also got a first look at his Whale “Munko”. Preview: Viva La Revolucion @ MCASD

AM headed down to San Diego on Friday morning to catch the press preview of Viva La Revolucion at MCASD (check out our street coverage here). It was great to wander around the Jacobs Building and get a sneak peek of everything the artists have been working on indoors after seeing all the amazing pieces that have been popping up on the streets of the city. PortugalArte 10: Faile (Part 2)

It looks like Faile (featured) has completed the amazing cathedral-like installation in Lisbon for PortugalArte ‘10 that we first showed you teaser pics of here. The sheer size and detail of this project from the Brooklyn duo is nothing short of mindblowing, comparable to the immersive installations of Banksy. The seamless integration of their imagery as well as the craftsmanship of this art structure is pretty amazing. More detailed pics after the jump sent to us from Dflektor blog.
