PortugalArte 10: Faile (Part 2)

It looks like Faile (featured) has completed the amazing cathedral-like installation in Lisbon for PortugalArte ‘10 that we first showed you teaser pics of here. The sheer size and detail of this project from the Brooklyn duo is nothing short of mindblowing, comparable to the immersive installations of Banksy. The seamless integration of their imagery as well as the craftsmanship of this art structure is pretty amazing. More detailed pics after the jump sent to us from Dflektor blog.

After finishing his mural in Hillcrest for the Viva La Revolucion exhibition, Shepard Fairey’s (featured) moved to the next spot – South Park (29th and Ivy). From the looks of things, this piece will be a larger version of his “Burmese Monk” image.
