Tomorrow, September 17th, at 16:00 BST, Conor Harrington (interviewed) will be releasing a new print through The Outsiders. Entitled Unveiling, the new image is taken from a new painting for his popup show opening on September 27th in New York at a still undisclosed location. Last week, we shared some photos with our readers of Shepard Fairey’s (featured) new mural in NYC for the L.I.S.A. Project. During his time in New York, he also hosted the official NYC launch of his signature design for this year’s Hennessy V.S Limited Edition artist bottle at ARENA. Tomorrow (September 5th) at 3:00 pm PST, David Choe (featured) will be releasing a new hardcover book entitled Snowman Monkey BBQ, the same name as his museum show in Mexico last year (covered). Filled with colorful watercolors like those seen at the exhibition, the 266 page book will be released in several packages outlined below. Earlier today, Josh Keyes (interviewed) released a new print through Tiny Showcase continuing their long collaborative history together (2014, 2013, 2012, 2010). Entitled Sleeping Woods, the new edition has an image area of 14″ x 8.4″ and total size of 15″ x 9.5″ including the border. With the opening of his Los Angeles exhibition scheduled in less than three weeks, KAWS will give the public another high profile look at his imagery with the launch of Pharrell’s fragrance “G I R L” this week. Released by Commes des Garçons online at Dover Street Market on August 28th and in-store in London on September 1st, the signature scent features a design by KAWS and will continue the long standing friendship (collector, curator) between the singer-songwriter and New York-based artist. Tomorrow, August 26th, at 12pm PST, 827 Ink will be releasing a new print from Sylvia Ji (interviewed). After releasing his first sculptural edition last year, Josh Keyes (interviewed) is already working on another two to the delight of his collectors. Based off two of his complimentary paintings The Hermit & Migratory Soul, the two figures are already are in their protoype form. Releases: James Jean – “Tiger III” Print

Next week, James Jean (interviewed) will be releasing a new signed and numbered print, Tiger III, on his website. As a timed release, the limited edition will be available for 24 hours starting at 8:00 AM PDT on Tuesday, August 19th and ending at 7:59 on Wednesday the 20th with the run being determined by demand.
