FriendsWithYou – “We Are FriendsWithYou” Book Signing @ MOCA Grand Ave

On the afternoon of Saturday, May 31, FriendsWithYou celebrated the release of their We Are FriendsWithYou book, published by Rizzoli. The live signing event happened in their hometown of Los Angeles, at MOCA Grand Ave, with fans and friends of all ages. Releases: Jeremy Geddes – “Ascent” Print

Jeremy Geddes (interviewed) recently announced the lottery for his newest print release set to drop next week. Entitled Ascent, the latest limited edition from the Australian artist will feature an image sized at 56cm wide and 56cm high (paper size 61cm x 64m). Highlighting one of Geddes’ most popular reoccurring characters, the gravity defying astronaut can be yours for $235 AUD if you are lucky and will come in a run of 250. FriendsWithYou’s We Are FriendsWithYou has been released by publisher Rizzoli, and to celebrate, the duo of Samuel Borkson and Arturo Sandoval III will be signing books and providing fans with an interactive experiential installation in MOCA’s Grand Ave courtyard. Today, May 20th, at 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time, Faile (featured) will be releasing more of their original silk screened book covers, conveniently float mounted in a white frame. Releases: Pejac – “Sepukku” Screenprint

Spanish artist Pejac whose diverse works we introduced recently (Art Focus), just announced a release of his limited edition print. The large image titled Sepukku is features a silhouette of a Japanese samurai, performing Seppuku or Hara-Kiri, a form of ritual suicide by disembowelment, by using a Sakura branch (cherry blossoms).
