On August 4th, Spoke Art’s location in NYC will be hosting The Moleskine Project VII, the seventh iteration of the group show curated by artist Rodrigo Luff and gallery owner Ken Harman. The concept behind the show once again is to create a piece of art on the pages of the ubiquitous moleskin notebook used by many artists for sketches, to record ideas, and for studies. Showing: Fifth Annual “Supersonic Invitational” @ Spoke Art

If you attended any of the previous Supersonic Invitational shows, you know you’re in for a treat. Zach’s line up included over 75 artists from all over the globe. Supersonic Art has accrued over 500,000 followers worldwide and it seems like this show gets bigger and better each year. It also […]

Openings: Zachari Logan & Alessandra Maria & Joe Rudko – “Grotesques” & “Di Minores” & “Broken Image” @ Roq La Rue

Zachari Logan’s work has been seen here and there at Roq La Rue for a few years now, but Grotesques is his first solo show at the Seattle gallery. He explains this absence of protection helps the viewer connect better with the piece. In Di Minores, Alessandra Maria […]

Openings: “Infusion” @ Roq La Rue

Infusion at Roq la Rue opened on Thursday, March 6th to a packed audience. The show’s goal was to infuse the gallery with talent that had not been seen in the gallery previously.  Almost all of the artists in the show are new to the gallery and they didn’t take the opportunity lightly. From the life size Wedding Party by Rose Freymuth-Frazier, the grotesquely beautiful Blue Room by Jeff Jacobson (seen above), and Zachari Logan’s Blue Man 2, amazing levels of detail were brought, all with […]
