Streets: Yayoi Kusama – New York (Part II)

After sharing one public arts project in New York from Yayoi Kusama with you earlier this week (here), we now turn our attention to the collaboration with Louis Vuitton on a fashion line entitled Infinitely Kusama. The artist’s renowned spots and vegetation tentacles currently adorn LV’s flagship store on the corner of 5th Ave. Similar to Takashi Murakami, whose Multicolore motif wrapped the retail space in 2008, Yayoi’s circles adorn the the exterior as well as the interior window installation.
