Nuart ’10: Blu & Ericailcane

It looks like this year’s Nuart Festival is finally underway in Norway. Blu continues his collaborations with big names, this time with Bologna based Ericailcane on the same building. Together, they take aim like other artists (Os Gemeos, Todd Schorr) at an easy target – the massive oil spill by BP in the Gulf of Mexico. Videos: JR – “Women Are Heroes” @ Nuart 2010

As we mentioned last month, this year’s Nuart festival will be fast upon us. Along with a fantastic lineup including Vhils, Blu, ROA, Dolk, Ericailcane, Evol, Alexandros Vasmoulakis, Sten & Lex, M-City, and Dotmasters, it has now been announced that JR will be showing his “Women Are Heroes” film in conjuntion with the festival. There will be three screenings at Stavanger’s main cinema SF Kino, scheduled on Sept 15-17 at the moment. Discuss JR here.
