Baby Tattooville ’14: Live Screen Printing With Tara McPherson

Another highlight of the 8th annual Baby Tattooville is the live screen printing event with Tara McPherson and Andy Diesel from Diesel Prints. The prints will be part of the gift bag that all of the attendees will receive along with offerings from other artists. Releases: KAWS – “PRESENTING THE PAST” Print

In less than an hour, KAWS will be releasing a new limited edition off his website entitled PRESENTING THE PAST. Those who attended his current exhibition in Hong Kong (or saw the photos), may have noticed the screenprint hanging in the gallery. Tomorrow, September 17th, at 16:00 BST, Conor Harrington (interviewed) will be releasing a new print through The Outsiders. Entitled Unveiling, the new image is taken from a new painting for his popup show opening on September 27th in New York at a still undisclosed location. Earlier today, Josh Keyes (interviewed) released a new print through Tiny Showcase continuing their long collaborative history together (2014, 2013, 2012, 2010). Entitled Sleeping Woods, the new edition has an image area of 14″ x 8.4″ and total size of 15″ x 9.5″ including the border. Tomorrow, August 26th, at 12pm PST, 827 Ink will be releasing a new print from Sylvia Ji (interviewed). Releases: James Jean – “Tiger III” Print

Next week, James Jean (interviewed) will be releasing a new signed and numbered print, Tiger III, on his website. As a timed release, the limited edition will be available for 24 hours starting at 8:00 AM PDT on Tuesday, August 19th and ending at 7:59 on Wednesday the 20th with the run being determined by demand. On Friday, July 11, Bumblebeelovesyou releases his Mutual Feeling screen print, featuring a very popular image from his Bee Yourself exhibition.
