AM stopped by Richard Goodall’s booth at the Art London fair a couple weekends ago to check out the work of Ray Caesar. As we previously mentioned, Caesar was showing both new and old works, all demonstrating his imaginative prowess and skill at creating images that aren’t easily forgotten.Â Eschewing the more classical artistic techniques, he proves that the sometimes even more time-consuming digital works can be just as riveting if done properly. Ray Caesar with be showing with the Richard Goodall Gallery for this year’s Art London fair (Oct 8-12). Ray Caesar is one of the rare digital artists out there that gets props when compared to the more traditional artists. This is not surprising to anyone who has ever seen his fantastic work in person like this newest piece from him entitled “French Kiss.” These will be offered as an edition of 20 and measure 32″ x 42″ for those interested. After not participating in art fairs for a while, gallerist Jonathan LeVine decided to double-down this year by showing in not one, but two Miami fairs. At Scope Miami, LeVine will be exhibiting a solo show by GQ Artist of the Year, Shepard Fairey.
