First up is a new piece from the locally-based Smog One painted in the Wynwood District (328 NW 29th St.) Put up on the side of NAPA Auto Parts, the mural features elements that the writer born and raised in Paris is known for – 3D rendering skills […]

Very diverse in their styles, interest and aesthetics, the selected participants are some of the […]
The AM team spent couple of hours yesterday browsing the two beachside pavilions of the PULSE art fair in Miami. The 11th edition of the fair was once again a great platform for emerging and established galleries to present their artists’ work to the collectors and art enthusiasts visiting Basel Week Miami. Out of booths from over 80 international galleries, some of the work that stood out for us were the large Jose Parla canvases, Richard Garrison minimalist chart compositions, Christian Rex van Minnen paintings, Nicola Verlato and […]
About month ago we introduced the new charity art auction website solidARTy.org. Adding new works on daily basis, they recently successfully auctioned works by artists like Sandra Chevrier, Isaac Cordal, Fintan Mage, Martin Whatson, and Fintan Switzer. We just wanted to give you a quick update and a reminder that all the proceeds from the sales will be forwarded to the Are You Syrious? humanitarian initiative […]
Last month, Peter Baracchi opened a new show at the Zurich location of SOON Gallery entitled This Never Happened. The title references nicely the nature of the locally-based artist’s work which is inspired by the graffiti buffs in Switzerland. The country is known to be neat, clean, and tidy place and so it is, the painting over of illegal tags and art on the streets is done with tape to get perfectly straight lines resulting in strange geometric shapes. Baracchi has taken photographs of this over […]
