We stopped by our friend Gary Basman’s (interviewed) studio this week to chat and take a look on his preparations for his upcoming show “Le Noche de La Fusion” at Corey Helford Gallery. We were amazed by all the work and planning that will be going into making this one of the biggest art parties of the year, but more on that later.
If you remember, Gary had a show in Israel this past January. As per his usual custom, he brought along Toby to keep him company on his travels. In the series of pics and videos after the jump that give us a small glimpse at some of the adventures he had in Israel, Toby enjoys the meats of Jerusalem, dances on the streets, meets Jesus’ lamb, and visits the Wailing Wall.

After each trip, Gary dates and labels each individual Toby and adds it to his ever growing pile of keepsakes. Hopefully, we will see more of their travels in the future…
