“Two Sisters” is my favorite painting of hers because the composition is original and the whole feeling of the piece is lovely.

“Okimiyage” is my favorite of Audrey’s work. Pressure Printing did an incredible job adding texture and life to a print and the outcome is beautiful.

I’m really fond of the laser cut/wood worked painting, like “Plucked” or “The Bird Queen” the organic shape really matches Audrey’ beautiful treatment of the female form and I love the way the woodgrain become seamlessly integrated into whatever it needs to be, wether flesh or pattern or what have you, yet still remain distinct.

“Komoriuta” is my favorite, because only Audrey could make a piglet looks so beautiful!

There is no way I could choose just one. AK’s work is so lovely and I really like the new direction she is headed.

  • Sarah

I like “superstition” and the floating fish!

Yuuwaku is my absolute favorite. I love how you can tell that Audrey’s work was influenced by the Art Nouveau movement but that she has own spin. The Yuuwaku piece is particularly stunning because it’s a modern take on a traditional geisha girl. The way she pushes limits – creating characters that aren’t afraid to be sensual creates a feeling of empowerment. Love love love, Audrey.

Silent stories, it seems to have so much movement and the hands are very delicate. It’s just gorgeous!
