Openings: Anthony Lister @ The Standard Hotel

Last week, AM attended the opening for Anthony Lister’s (interviewed) art installation for the Standard Hotel in NYC. This unique exhibition has Anthony creating a special sculpture edition of masks, guns, knives and more using his renowned style. Each mixed media original is hand created and painted by Mr. Lister with 30 pieces in the collection created exclusively for the Standard. Most of the works were snatched up immediately, but you may contact the store to purchase remaining pieces here.

Even though the city was overloaded with Fashion Week parties/events, it still seemed like most made it out to catch the opening reception at the Standard. Peers such as Jose Parla, Julia Chiang, Ryan McGinness (featured), Eric Haze, Greg LaMarche, Erik Foss, Steve “ESPO ICY” Powers and more made it out to catch the exhibition.
