To go along with the first five artists (Dave Kinsey, Ron English, Patrick Martinez, James Jean, and Kid Zoom) announced last week for our upcoming City of Fire exhibition at Stephen Webster, we now have another five to reveal. Andrew Schoultz, TrustoCorp, MARS-1, Rostarr, and REVOK will also be part of the lineup when the show opens on June 5th. The other night, we attended a great event held at the Wooster St. Social Club for Aidan Has A Posse, a website raising funds for and awareness about Aidan Seeger. Aidan is a young boy who has Adrenoleukodystrophy   (ALD), a rare neurological disorder. 3D Art Book Signing @ Opera Gallery

AM recently attended a special signing party for the 3D Art Book (previewed) hosted at the Opera Gallery in New York. Many of the contributors such as Tristan Eaton, Eric White, Haze, Esao Andrews, Tara McPherson, Erik Foss, Andrew Bell, Stephen Bliss, Kevin Bourgeois, Filth, Kenzo Minami, Mint, Serf, Dr. Revolt and Tom Thewes were in attendance, signing and drawing for the droves of fans who came out to support their favorite artists. Last week AM attended dual receptions to celebrate the launch of Agnès B’s Howard St. flagship store in New York’s SoHo district. AM was living large at the exclusive release party for “Stickers: Stuck-Up Piece of Crap,” an amazing book just published by Rizzoli chronicling stickers in contemporary music, design and art. Last night, AM attended the opening of “The New Grand Tour” at the fresh gallery space of Bryce Wolkowitz (previewed).
