From March 24-27, shortly after closing their cake-themed installation and special programing (covered), Think Tank Gallery in Los Angeles will be hosting the sequel group exhibition to 2014’s Cat Art Show. Over 70 artists including Mark Ryden, Marion Peck, C215, Adam Wallacavage, Tim Biskup, Kozyndan, Luke Chueh, Brandi Milne, Natalia Fabia, Travis Lampe, Cyrcle., Jean Pierre Arboleda (seen above) and Edwin Ushiro will be contributing pieces inspired by their feline friends. This Saturday, March 3, in New York, the Last Rites Gallery will be hosting another iteration of their Dark Pop exhibition. This Saturday, December 18th, the traveling Playboy Redux II exhibition makes its stop in Los Angeles at Copro Gallery. In addition to some already exhibited work seen at earlier stops like the Warhol Museum (covered), a whole new group of artists have been asked to reinterpret the iconic bunny including Luke Chueh (seen above) who has an interesting take on the “money shot” for his long-suffering bear.
