Trustocorp’s debut show, “An Overt Display of Mischief and Mayhem” (previewed) opened on Thursday night at the Brooklyn Brothers Gallery to an enthusiastic crowd. The response was no doubt related to the collective’s recent street sign posting spree throughout the country, with the map seen above specifically marking the locations New York forming the shape of an overtly raised middle finger. The exhibition also featured the specially branded products that have been inserted surreptitiously onto store shelves, the custom street signs, as well as a […]

Opening later tonight at the Brooklyn Brothers Gallery in New York is TrustoCorp’s debut exposition/party. Entitled “An Overt Display of Mischief and Mayhem”, expect just that from the street art conglomerate. As seen in the photos provided, TrustoCorp will be celebrating the first phase of their nationwide culture jamming project. From the custom made street signs to their rebranded products, and what also appears to be some new shooting range targets. After spending all day scrambling to get your taxes out on time, swing by Brooklyn Brothers Gallery in the BK to celebrate Tax Day with the folks behind TrustoCorp (covered). No official word out yet on what to expect, but from what we’ve heard, Trusto has got a pretty good party planned. More info to come.
As we previewed last week, upstart street art conglomerate TrustoCorp (featured) delivered the goods this past weekend in New York City. Combining quality design, public awareness and some good old fashioned mischief, the anonymous board of directors of the Rebranding division of TrustoCorp Intl. went all out in their latest public hijacking. If you’re in the greater New York area, keep an open eye out next time you’re shopping, if you’re lucky you’ll stumble across a TrustoCorp product. If you’re even luckier, you’ll be able […]
This weekend, TrustoCorp (covered) will be installing roughly one hundred subversively branded products onto the shelves and in the aisles of bodegas, delis, and Kmarts throughout NYC. Slyly slipped in with existing stock, these modified consumer products should be confusing customers citywide very soon. More info to come.
TrustoCorp (covered) went bi-coastal this month, hitting up the greater San Francisco area with some of his classic street signs; and then following that up with a fresh batch of new designs for his hometown, New York City. The counter-cultural and artistic parallels between the East Bay’s Berkeley and New York’s East Village are plentiful, making both locations ripe for the bombing. As always, if you’re a resident of any city that TrustoCorp has hit up, please feel free to upload any pictures you may […]
TrustoCorp, who we last saw in Los Angeles and Miami, has recently hit up New York City with a fresh batch of newly modified street signs. Now implementing government-grade reflective vinyl in all their work, TrustoCorp’s latest campaign blends in almost seamlessly with the urban landscape, yet still maintains enough of a presence to be noticed by the NY Post. Word on the street is that TrustoCorp will be heading to San Francisco next, stay tuned!
