The best show no one is talking about right now is the “Who Killed The Music” Grammy group show coming up next week. Set to coincide with the 52nd Annual Awards (whose official artwork was designed by Shepard Fairey this year), the show will feature artwork from Camille Rose Garcia, Audrey Kawasaki (interviewed), Travis Louie (interviewed), Van Arno, Lola, Richard Colman, Mercedes Helnwein, Kris Lewis (interviewed), Paul Chatem, Nathan Spoor, Justin BUA, Jason Thielke (interviewed), Gregory Euclide, Sarah McColgan, and Ron Lipking.

As a follow up to last year’s successful “Worlds on Fire” exhibition (covered), the show will again be co-curated by Kris Lewis and will.i.am (also creator of the event) along with David B. Smith (interviewed). Sponsored by American Art Collector, Merry Karnowsky Gallery, and Juxtapoz, a portion of the proceeds for all works sold will be donated to the Grammy Foundation and i.am Scholarship Foundation. Look for details on purchasing the artwork on Dipdive.com as well as artist interviews and videos.

The show opens to the general public on Monday, January 25th thru Wednesday, January 27th between the hours of 12-6 pm at the LA Live Target Terrace. Of course, look for AM to be there for extensive coverage of the event. We also have ten pairs of tickets to give away to the private opening party on Sunday, January 24th from 8-11 pm to the first ten people who leave a comment at the bottom of this article (please only do so if you can make the event).
