It’s been a crazy few days since we landed in sunny Hawaii where the crew has been in the thick of getting ready for the big  POW WOW ’11. We worked alongside our friends at Hypebeast, Booooooom and the rest of the sponsors to stretch canvases and build modular installation platforms in anticipation for Saturday night’s opening. Artists such as Will Barras, Meggs, Ekundayo, Prime, Jeff Hamada,  123Klan, Kamea Hadar and Jasper Wong have begun working on their various murals. It’s looking to be a tremendous event come Saturday night, so get to the Loft in Space venue (831 Queen St.) early if you’re fortunate enough to be in Honolulu.
