On Friday night, the Known Gallery in Los Angeles celebrated the art of Sesame Street with a group exhibition featuring an impressive lineup of artists including Anthony Lister, Augustine Kofie, Dabs & Myla, Evol, Jasper Wong, Jeff McMillan, Kelsey Brookes, Mark Dean Veca, Mr. Cartoon, Patrick Martinez, Persue, Pose, Push, Revok, Rime aka Jersey Joe, Sage Vaughn, Slick, Stash, and many more. The short showing runs through today with proceeds to benefit the City of Hope Department of Pediatrics and shows that despite the different places people end up, many have the same beginnings.
