After bringing you photos of Ryan McGinley’s Animals showing at the Grand Street Team Gallery location in New York, we now continue our coverage with a look at the concurrently showing Grids at the Wooster space. This new body of work consists of three huge grids of individual portraits of fans at concerts (similar subject matter with Moby), derived from the photographer’s own love affair with rock music and live performance. Each snap is a captured moment in time with each awash with colored light and emotive power as they are entranced by the experience. The show is on through June 2nd.
