Instagram recently introduced their video feature, not many people were getting too excited over it. But, one month after the update, much more people are appreciating and using it. Artists, galleries, art collectors and enthusiasts are only some of them. While the old photo feature was very helpful when it comes to sharing new works, projects, plans, sketches, the video feature gives IG users a chance to explore things deeper, show more details, show the creative process, literally show wider picture of things, and even allow them to try and play with simple stop motion animation. Here is a selection of some of our favorite video updates. This includes a short animation by Os Gemeos, a interesting project that Mark Ryden is working on, the JR and Jose Parla collaboration process, Greg Simkins’ painting process, Jonathan Bergeron drawing close up, a small animation by Lush, Tim Biskup’s line work, and a cheeky animation from James Jean (seen above, full video here).
