David Choe (featured) recently travelled to Afghanistan with some of his friends, including Estevan Oriol who handled the photography for the trip. His adventures were documented in his own words in the latest issue of Juxtapoz and was an interesting read, to say the least, so pick up a copy if you can. The magazine also published some of the photos online (some also seen below), including ones that didn’t make the article. For those looking for more from the Choefather, he will be opening his first show in four years at the Museo Universitario del Chopo on August 17th.
