Hendrik “ECB” Beikirch recently visited India where he created another portrait style mural that he is known for. In order to commemorate the 66th anniversary of the death of Mahatma Gandhi, the German artist created a huge portrait of the civil rights icon with the help of Indian artist Anpu Varkey. The wall is located on one of the busiest streets of New Delhi, and reaches a hight of 160 feet, which makes it reportedly the tallest mural in India. It took four long days of work for the artist to finish this piece before it was revealed on January 30th.
