After a couple of months in the making, Escif just launched an Indiegogo campaign, raising funds for his upcoming book release. Elsewhere is a hardcover book that is set to be released in February 2015, in an edition of 1000 pieces, each hand-finished and signed.
The book will be focused on his last five years – from mandatory murals and interventions around the world, to sketches, drawings, ideas, feelings, recipes, deep secrets and everyday life thoughts. There will be 300 full color pages printed on papers of different textures, making it a comprehensive overview of the Spanish artist’s activity and work. The project itself is sort of a way for the Valencia-based artist to fight the internet as the one and only source of information these days.
The campaign includes some valuable perks for supporters, including book copies, prints, zines, to original drawings created especially for this project. Find more info about this project at the campaign page.
