Last week, Soundwall in New York unveiled Resonance, a new immersive installation by Aaron Li-Hill (interviewed) made possible by LeBasse Projects. Made from wood, aerosol, primer and acrylic mirror, the piece was inspired by one of the Brooklyn-based artist’s favorite music groups – A Tribe Called Red. Featuring imagery a little different from his usual direction but still created with Li-Hill’s dynamic composition skills, a youngster dancing with hoop was seen, a traditional Native American dance that animates the full circle of life,

Along with the installation, a new print featuring the image of one of Li-Hill’s bear paintings was also on display (available for purchase here). Also, to view the installation, please LeBasse Projects or Soundwall.
