Crossing, a solo featuring all new works from JR (interviewed) opened up on all three levels of Lazarides Rathbone in London a couple weeks ago. Consisting of large format photographs of his art from the streets, pasted wood pieces, color prints, as well as his signature wood mounted monochromatic paper pieces, the exhibition focuses in on two of the French photographer’s recent series of works – Les Bosquets and Unframed Ellis Island. Attendees also had the opportunity to watch his latest film which featured Robert De NiroEllis.
